03 Jun Weekend on Spring Creeks and The Greys

This past weekend I had the opportunity to spend 3 days with Dalton and Stacy Richards on Feathered Hook water. While fishing the Spring Creeks, there was an abundant hatch of PMD’s along with a few caddis fly hatches. The Brown Trout fed on the surface continually as we moved along the Spring Creek Meadows. We then went up Greys River and found that the Salmon Fly hatch was just about to begin! Although the fish still rose on the Salmon Flies, it isn’t quite the peak of the hatch yet. Overall, the weekend was incredible and the fishing was phenomenal!
